We DO NOT collect ANY personal data from users. No personally identifiable information, usage data, or cookies are gathered. As we don’t collect data, there are no disclosures or security concerns. Any future changes will be communicated in this policy.
Subscription Payments, Renewals, and Cancellation
Candy Box App is a subscription service. If you choose to subscribe, payment will be charged to your Apple ID on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you selected.
Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current Billing Cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current Billing Cycle. You may manage by going to Subscriptions in the Settings page of the Candy Box App. You may cancel your subscription by going to Subscriptions under your Apple ID.
7 Days Free Trial
Candy Box App offers a 7-Day free trial period during which you can use all features of the App for a 7-Days before you are billed.
Fee Changes
Candy Box Applications LLC will notify Subscribers of the Candy Box App should there be changes in fees the Subscription Fees.
If you email us for support or other feedback, the email addresses will only be used to reply to the concerns or suggestions raised and will never be used for any marketing purpose.
Newsletters
If you join our email Newsletter, the email address used will be retained. They won’t be shared with any third-party entity nor will they ever be used for any external purposes.
